Welcome to the Rushin Upholstery Supply Web site.  By using our site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS OF USE (explained below), LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the Rushin Upholstery Supply Web site.

Please note that due to computer monitor, scanner, camera, and other variations, all colors represented on this website are for the sole purpose of demonstration of products, and we can not guarantee that the color represented via our website is a true representation of the actual color of the product purchased.  Be mindful of the product you are looking for, and understand that if the color of the actual product differs from color on the website we will charge a restocking fee for returned products.


All items being returned to Rushin Upholstery Supply for credit must have an RMA number and this number must be fully visible on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it. Any item sent to us without a visible and valid RMA number will be refused.

In order to obtain an RMA number, please call our Customer Service Department. Have your invoice number ready. We will be happy to mail a return shipping label for your package if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • Item being returned is a stocked item (a restocking fee applies)
  • Item being returned has been purchased within the last 30 days
  • Item is being returned due to a Rushin Upholstery Supply error
  • Item is defective

For proper consideration of credit items should also be returned in their original packaging, with all manufactures manuals and warranty cards.

Rushin Upholstery Supply reserves the right to deny any return, charge restocking fees, and charge return freight charges solely at our discretion.

Some of the factors used to determine the credit amount given are:

  • marked or cut material
  • item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • item that has signs of use
  • item not in its original packaging
  • item that has been opened
  • item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
  • item returned for a color match, but matches our master sample

Non-Returnable Items

Any special order/custom manufactured item, unless defective.

FedEx is our preferred parcel shipping company. Larger LTL services are also available for over-sized items.

Orders received before 3:30pm (CST) will be shipped the same day.
